We’re baking delicious desserts and cakes for every party or wedding. In our production we use only plant based ingrediences. Our cakes are artificial flavours free, full of high quality chocolate and fresh fruit. If you’re conscious about what you consume, you’ll be delighted to know that all our creations are completely plant-based. We understand the importance of offering options that cater to various dietary requirements without compromising on taste or quality. My name is Marcela and I stand behind the brand Mercy. My story began a few years ago in Prague, as a vegan myself, I started to bake my own plant-based and nonallergen cakes because my dear friend developed a sudden intolerance to gluten and I couldn’t find any other option to give him a cake than to bake it myself. Long story short, in 2 years I opened my own plant-based bistro and specialized manufacture for healthy, vegan, or nonallergen cakes, pastry, and salty catering goods for every occasion. In 2022 I followed my dreams, moved to Denmark, and continued my concept here.
